Survey result in southern areas of Bangladesh 28% and above poor families are not using hygienic sanitary latrine.Due to using unhygienic latrine people are sufferings different diseases Cholera, Dysentery, child diseases & growing unhealthy society.
As of July 28th,2020 identified Covid-19 in 2,29,185 people & died 3000 people in Bangladesh. Bangladesh Govt. implemented social distancing through Lockdown countrywide( from 25-03-2020 to 30-05-2020). As a result worker, day labor and lower income people. Since its inception in 1992, BAKERGONJ FORUM has gradually grown as an organization to break the cycle of poverty. In our constant effort, we have achieved a new feat every year: implementing development projects, increasing volunteer involvement and our many supporting projects none of which would have been possible with the support of our Target groups, partners, sponsor parents, volunteers and community leader.
